![]() Another, almost full, week has come and gone. I don't know about the kids, but I'm really looking forward to next week and the promise of FIVE full days! It will also officially mark the start of what a normal week will look like for sixth grade as we will begin our flexible grouping for math, the kick-off of our Thinking Like A Scientist mini-unit, and many more interactive and cross-curriculum activities. I've already been in contact with a few parents about Parent/Teacher conferences and birthday celebrations and just wanted to say that these are two topics that I'll be covering in detail at Open House. Hopefully by now you have all received Mrs. Fowler's email with the information about the date and time of Open House. This year it will take place on the 28th with my presentation beginning at 6:30. There will be plenty of projects to see and activities to do if you would like to come early! I know that there are some families who are unable to attend the Open House, so have no fear - I'll be posting all of the information that we cover during my presentation here on the blog for you to see and read. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to email me (robert.pooler@sau41.org) and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you all again and have a wonderful weekend!
