We enjoyed the beginning of our first full week of the new year today. January has already robbed us of our first recess (due to cold), but hopefully it will warm up again soon. We are in the process of wrapping up our study of biomes and the in-class projects that they kids were working on look amazing! Each group was tasked with researching one of the many biomes we had discussed in class and be able to report out on the general weather the area is known for as well as vegetation and animal population. Their poster folders look amazing and I'll be sure to snap a few pictures and post them this week. I am also happy to report on how amazing the Mesopotamian City projects turned out. I can tell just how hard everyone worked on their cities! This month we're looking forward to our Injustice unit in reading as well as diving headfirst back into our grammar lessons!
