Homework for 9/27/21

I hope everyone had a great weekend. It might have been the last stretch of warm weather that we'll see until next Spring, but it sure was nice! We're looking forward to meeting with our School Resource Officer this week and find out a little more about him and what things he'll be working with the kids on this school year. We're very lucky to have Officer Kush with us this year and I know the kids are looking forward to working with him. No other news on the horizon, but as things come up I'll let everyone know!

Homework for Monday, September 27th, 2021

• Reading for 20 minutes tonight 
• Writing - Please write a single paragraph essay on a subject of your choosing. Your paragraph must include a topic sentence, body, and closing sentence. This should be written in your Writer's Notebook (or the writing section of your three subject notebook)
• Science - Be sure that your Fizz Inflator lab worksheet is filled out and ready to turn in for tomorrow. Then, thinking about our discussion in class today, ask your parents what they know about engineering and share what you learned. Remember the various types of engineers that were discussed and what roles they've played in history. 
• Math - Please complete Workbook page 52: problems 4 and 5 (all parts)
